WHO WE ARE
Premium Mining & Civil (PMC) is a WA owned and operated Mining supplier. PMC specialise in providing quality Personnel, Equipment Hire and Contracting services.
PMC are currently providing recruitment, equipment hire and contracting services to many large WA and overseas mining clients.
Premium Mining previously had a two year involvement in the UG mining operation at T’Boli Gold project in Philippines along with 12 months in Montana with Stillwater Mining providing UG Operators and Consulting Management.
Our head office and maintenance workshop is based in Midvale, WA. We also have offices based in Kalgoorlie, WA and New Zealand.
Premium Mining has been operational since 2010 and currently manage a large number of personnel placements across Australia.

KEY STAFF
Paul Allison, the Managing Director of PMC has been involved in the mining industry for 30 years. Paul has previously worked with many small to large mining companies which has given him extensive knowledge in mining, contracting, mining equipment and recruitment.
Paul excels in providing practical solutions for multifaceted projects offering our clients cost and time efficiencies. He prides himself on strong people management and the long-term development of client relationships. Paul has a great depth of expertise, experience and leadership, specialising in driving and executing the clients needs and objectives.
Rad Golijanin, joined our team in 2019 as our Mining Engineer/Contracts Manager. Rad has more than 20 years of mining experience having served roles in Engineering, General Manager, Underground Operations and Technical Services. Prior to starting with PMC, Rad was with Newmont for 4.5 years as General Manager. He also spent 8 years at Rio Tinto and has also previously worked at HWE Mining, Placer Dome, Sons of Gwalia. Rad holds a Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering from Curtin University in Perth, WA, he also holds a First Class Mine Managers certificate.
Sarhys Carlson, has been working for PMC for the last 10 years and has a vast knowledge of the company and the mining industry. Sarhys originally started with us as our HR Administrator and worked her way up through the company. Sarhys was then appointed HR Manager and she has held the position for the last 7 years and has built up a motivated team of HR Advisers and HR Administrators.
Kerrie Littler, works as our Financial Manager and has done so for over 9 years. Kerrie manages all our company financials, insurances and is involved in our office and contract management. Kerrie has 20+ years experience working in the mining and construction industry. Kerrie has been instrumental in implementing many of the companies financial policies and procedures and has played a big part in working along with our valued clients.
